NewHaven was built by DiVosta Homes from 1999 to 2001.
No owner/ or renter shall be permitted to maintain in the home a bull terrior (pit bull or pit bull mix) or any dog or dogs of mean or of violent temperament or otherwise evidencing such a temperament.
NewHaven's policy follows the Town of Jupiter Sec. 27-1499 Regulations D. A limit of no more than five (5) mature dogs or cats or any combination thereof may be kept on a lot within any residential district.
For 2022 the quarterly assessments are $846 for single family homes and $814 for townhomes. Dues are due and payable on the 1st day of January, April, July and October.
The dues include common area maintenance, landscape maintenance, basic cable, two community pools, two community clubhouses and professional property management.
